It seems as if just yesterday we were at EAA Airventure Oshkosh 2014
Founded in Wisconsin in 1953 by Paul Poberezny, who originally started the organization in the basement of his home for builders and restorers of recreational aircraft. Although homebuilding is still a large part of the organization’s activities, it has grown to include almost every aspect of recreational aviation and aeronautics.
In fact we took a poll on our Florida Airpark Google + asking our fellow aviators what their favorite general aviation expo was and we weren’t surprised to have Oshkosh bring in over 50% of the votes.

What an amazing journey our aviation community has been on! Ridge Landing is the youngest airpark in Florida and we have already sold 20% of the residential airpark real estate!

Famous Phi James Clifford Turpin, Purdue 1908, made his mark on history as an aviation pioneer as member of the Wright brothers’ exhibition flying team, which performed that day at the speedway.
