Florida is full of fabulous destinations that you can take advantage of as a Ridge Landing Airpark resident, but sometimes, there’s just no place like home.

With our airpark centrally located in Frostproof, Florida, there’s really no reason to leave! We have everything we need right here. If you don’t feel like flitting off to a new destination, try exploring your own town; you’ll never know just what you’ll discover. Staying local has its own perks!

For a fun-filled weekend in Frostproof, here are seven things to do — maybe you haven’t even heard of some! It’s time for a stay-cation, Ridge Landing residents.

1. Bass Fishing

There are few things quite as satisfying as reeling in a trophy bass. Captain Reno had been fishing for over 30 years, and he knows his way around the Central Florida lakes, where he’ll take you right to the best spots. If you’re looking for a good time and some bragging rights, book a few hours with Captain Reno and you won’t be disappointed. (863) 632-0304

Of course, there are special ticket just for Florida residents as well.
