Hello Aviators today’s day trip takes us back to the Florida keys in the beautiful Key Largo. Florida Keys Spearfishing Company is located in Key Largo and Islamorada Florida (Florida Keys). They offer full service spearfishing charters and spearfishing training. They are the only shop that offers a PADI endorsed spearfishing specialty class. Their captains and guides are seasoned spear-o’s and love what they do.
Not sure how to clean fish or don’t have fillet knives with you? No problem. Included in your spearfishing charter is the filleting of your catch. Just take it to any local restaurant and have them prepare it for you. It doesn’t get fresher than that!

Known as the “Spearfishing Guy” in Upper Keys, Eric is a PADI Master Instructor, US Coast Guard Captain, Spearfishing TV host and Author. Wanting to offer a conservative minded approach to teaching spearfishing, he wrote the PADI specialty “Underwater Hunter” and “The Spear-fisherman’s Guide to the Upper Keys”. He is an advocate of safe, ethical spearfishing practices and preaches this throughout his course.
Eric is also a soldier in the fight for protecting sharks, coral reefs and all endangered ocean resources. The combination of his spearfishing knowledge and conservation advocacy makes his charters not only exciting but enlightening.
